Eco Webdesign team receives training on the Interago Digital Experience Platform

On 13/06/2023, our team received complete training on our Interago platform, aiming to improve customer support and the best use of technology in our projects.

Motivation

One of the pillars of Eco Webdesign is the culture of fostering new knowledge. Those of us who work with technology know that if you're not up to date, you're falling behind in the market. We encourage our team to constantly seek new multidisciplinary knowledge, regardless of its form, and to keep up to date in their daily activities. Eventually, we carried out some education actions to update the entire team on the partners' views in relation to the market, web design, ecommerce and customer service.


Our Mission

Eco Webdesign is a company whose mission is "take technology and information to help companies and people to benefit from the internet". In technology, we provide Interago, our digital experience platform, which allows us to develop:

  • institutional websites with a high level of design and visitor experience;
  • professional blogs with high performance on Google, AMP pages for Google Discovery and News, and core web vitals in green;
  • Virtual stores, with a 100% focus on the visitor's ease of purchase, excellent indexing on Google (SEO) and full alignment with the Google Merchant Center (Google Shopping).

our platform it also offers simple and objective navigation, easy to use, fully adapted for cell phones. We offer reports to assist in decision making, in addition to having an infrastructure of large technology companies, with AWS (Amazon Web Services) being our main partner. In this way, we guarantee security, LGPD, stability and high performance.

We deliver the second part of our mission, "...information...", with a high level of customer service. We are very dedicated to delivering a great experience in all sectors of the company's service, from sales to after-sales. we are proud of feedback we get from customers, some of which are registered in Google Company Profile. Our support is a great differential in the service provision segment.


Training

Leonardo Negrão, founding partner of eco web design, gave this Tuesday (13/06/2023) a general training for the entire team on the functionalities of the I interact, our digital experience platform. During this training, they were approached from the concept of the platform, going through its limitations and ending with the last functionality released. This training ensured that our entire team is prepared to help our more than 300 customers in using the platform.

One of our values ​​is the transparency in our processes. Many customers, in their first contact with our relationship sector, are surprised with our sincerity. We talk about results, how the market works and our internal processes and deadlines. This surprise us differs of most other companies in the market and demonstrates our stance technique and the sincere concern with the client's expectations, which is the main item in the client's satisfaction. Instead of conducting the entire negotiation in a sphere of almost unrealistic optimism to deceive the customer and achieve closure at any cost, we prioritize transparency and alignment of expectations.

Following this value, we decided to publish our training so that anyone curious about technology or our platform can see the seriousness and complexity of the project.
