What can I request Without cost?
Request to our support reporting any error, instability, layout adjustment or training on the website editing platform is free of charge.
What requests will generate cost?
Requests for changes within the site, including the addition of new information or the addition of functionalities, will be analyzed by our support team. If the demand requires more than 15 minutes to be carried out, the cost will be R$100,00 per technical hour. No costed application will be made without prior approval by the applicant.
